Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Seyahat Global ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your holiday, flight, hotel, tourism visa, travel insurance, and cab service bookings. By completing your payment via our secure Razorpay Payment Links, direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), or Unified Payments Interface (UPI), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services
We operate as a travel agency facilitating tour packages, hotel reservations, flight bookings, and local transportation.

2. Payment & Booking Confirmation
We accept payments through multiple secure channels to accommodate our guests, including direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), official UPI, and secure digital Payment Links powered by Razorpay. A booking is considered officially confirmed only after the required advance or full payment is successfully cleared and credited to our accounts through any of these approved methods.

3. Travel Document Delivery Timeline
Upon confirmation of payment, your digital travel vouchers, hotel confirmations, and flight e-tickets will be issued via email or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Third-Party Liabilities
We act strictly as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). The company is not liable for structural delays, flight cancellations, or service deficiencies caused by these third-party operators.

5. Guest Identity and Compliance (KYC)
It is mandatory for all guests to provide valid government-issued photo identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN Card, or Passport) at the time of booking. The name on the ID must match the travel documents exactly. We reserve the right to cancel bookings without a refund if fraudulent or mismatched details are provided.

6. Price Volatility and Dynamic Fare Revisions
Flight fares, cruise pricing, and hotel tariffs are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice based on supplier availability. A quote provided during the planning phase is not locked. Rates are finalized and guaranteed only after full payment is received and the bookings are confirmed by the respective third-party suppliers.

7. Visa, Passport, and Travel Insurance Documentation
Travelers are entirely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the return date) and correct, mandatory visas for their destinations. The company will not be held liable for immigration rejections, deported passengers, or unutilized bookings arising from missing travel documents or visa denials. Procurement of travel insurance is highly recommended.

8. Tourism Visa Facilitation & Compliance

  • Facilitation Only: Our company acts solely as a processing facilitator for tourism visa applications. We guide clients on documentation requirements and submit applications to the respective embassies or visa centers on their behalf.

  • No Guarantee of Approval: The issuance, rejection, or delay of a tourism visa is entirely at the sole discretion of the respective country’s Embassy, Consulate, or High Commission. We hold absolutely no authority or influence over their decisions.

  • Non-Refundable Visa Fees: All visa application fees, embassy charges, and company processing service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is granted or rejected.

  • Impact on Tour Packages: If a client's tourist visa is rejected or delayed, causing them to miss their trip, standard airline, hotel, and tour cancellation policies will strictly apply. The company is not liable for financial losses arising from visa-related trip cancellations, and no waiver of cancellation fees will be granted.

  • Document Accuracy: The client is entirely responsible for providing authentic, accurate, and valid documentation (including passports with a minimum of 6 months validity) required for the visa process.

9. Health, Fitness, and Special Requests
Travelers must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility issues, or severe allergies before booking. While we convey special dietary or accessibility requests to hotels and airlines, their fulfillment is entirely at the discretion of the third-party providers and cannot be guaranteed by our company.

10. Domestic Tour Packages & Ground Logistics

  • Itinerary Alterations: Road conditions, local strikes, political unrest, or sudden weather anomalies (such as landslides or heavy rainfall) within India may require last-minute alterations to your domestic itinerary. While we will arrange alternative routes or equivalent sightseeing wherever possible, any extra cost incurred due to these unforeseen changes will be borne entirely by the traveler.

  • Local Transport & Union Regulations: In certain domestic sectors (e.g., Ladakh, Kashmir, Sikkim, or parts of Himachal Pradesh), local taxi union guidelines prohibit outside vehicles from operating within specific tourist zones. In such instances, guests must switch to local union-approved vehicles as outlined in their itinerary.

  • Inner Line Permits (ILP) & State Entry Rules: Certain states and regions in India (such as Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, and parts of Ladakh, Lakshadweep, or Sikkim) require mandatory Inner Line Permits (ILP) or special local government clearances. Travelers are responsible for providing all requested identity documents (Aadhaar Card, Passport-sized photographs) to our team at least 7 days prior to travel to facilitate processing. The company is not liable for entry rejections if local authorities modify permit rules unexpectedly.

  • Domestic Airline Baggage & Fare Rules: All domestic package quotes involving internal flights adhere strictly to standard economy class baggage allowances (typically 15 kg checked baggage and 7 kg cabin baggage per passenger within India). Any excess baggage charges levied at the airport terminal must be settled directly by the traveler with the respective domestic airline.

11. Cab, Transport & Car Rental Services

  • Facilitator Status: Seyahat Global acts exclusively as an intermediary booking agent between the traveler and local transport operators, cab vendors, or drivers.

  • Route and Timing Adherence: Drivers will follow the pre-approved itinerary provided in your booking voucher. Any extension of the route, additional sightseeing stops, or night driving beyond the agreed-upon itinerary will incur extra charges to be paid directly to the driver or vendor.

  • Delays & Force Majeure: The company is not liable for transport delays, missed flights, or missed train connections caused by traffic congestion, road closures, landslides, mechanical breakdowns, or fuel shortages. Alternative transport will be arranged on a best-effort basis, subject to local availability.

  • Luggage Restrictions: Vehicles are booked based on standard passenger and baggage capacity. Seyahat Global is not responsible if a traveler's luggage exceeds the safe carrier limit of the assigned vehicle type (e.g., Sedan vs. SUV). Any upgrade to a larger vehicle at the time of pickup will be fully billable to the client.

  • Toll, Parking & State Taxes: Unless explicitly stated as "inclusive" in your booking voucher, all highway toll fees, airport/railway parking charges, and interstate border entry taxes must be paid directly by the traveler during the journey.

12. Travel Insurance Policies

  • Mandatory Recommendation: Seyahat Global strongly advises all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for both domestic and international itineraries. Certain destinations legally mandate travel insurance as a condition of entry.

  • Third-Party Coverage: Travel insurance policies are issued and underwritten by third-party insurance companies. Seyahat Global acts only as a corporate agent or intermediary facilitating the policy purchase.

  • Claims & Disbursals: All insurance claims—including those for medical emergencies, flight delays, baggage loss, or trip cancellations—must be filed directly with the insurance provider. Seyahat Global is not responsible for the approval, rejection, or processing speed of insurance claims.

  • Premium Non-Refundability: Once a travel insurance policy certificate is issued, the insurance premium amount becomes immediately non-refundable as per standard insurance regulatory guidelines.

13. Behavioral Conduct and Safety
We reserve the right to terminate service, booking vouchers, or ground transportation for any traveler whose behavior is unlawful, highly disruptive, or poses a safety hazard to our staff, tour guides, or other passengers. No refunds or alternative transport costs will be provided under such circumstances.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
